Effective Date: 22 September 2026 These guidelines describe the behaviour we expect on Couplinn. They apply to all profiles, photographs, and private messages, and form part of our Terms of Service and Content Moderation Policy.

Be respectful No harassment, threats, or discrimination. No hate speech based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability. If another member declines contact, do not continue messaging them.

Be honest Use recent photographs of yourself, taken within the last two years. Give your real age. Impersonating another person, using stolen photographs, or misrepresenting who you are is not allowed. Do not run more than one account.

Be safe Do not share your home address, financial details, identity documents, or workplace with someone you have not met in person. Never send money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency to another member. This is always a scam. Meet in a public place first. Tell a friend where you are going.

Report bad behaviour Use the Report control on any profile, photograph, or message. For urgent matters, email info@couplinn.com.

Zero tolerance list The following behaviour leads to immediate and permanent account removal, on the first instance: Any content involving a person under 18. Non-consensual intimate imagery. Threats of violence or self-harm. Fraud, romance scams, or requests for money. Sale or advertising of sexual services. Coordinated harassment or hate speech.

Consequences For less severe breaches, we apply a proportionate measure: warning, feature restriction, suspension, or permanent removal, depending on severity and history. Details are in our Content Moderation Policy.

Appeals If you believe a decision was wrong, email info@couplinn.com within 30 days.
